In the fallopian tube septum, many blood vessels are spread out. It needs to cut ligament while processing coagulation and hemostatis.
Bare fiber was inserted under ligament, and laser was irradiated intermittently. It gradually heated, coagulated and cut.
Without using the tip, which heated the most and could cut before enough coagulation, 5 mm near side was used to coagulate and cut.
